Kickboxing Conditioning

One of our most popular classes will take your training to the next level and improve your strength and conditioning while you hone your skills and techniques. Kickboxing conditioning group fitness class uses a combination of kickboxing, Muay Thai, and western-style boxing to deliver a total body workout that will tone your fighter’s physique quickly. This class includes a combination of cardio calisthenics, 150 lb bag work, and fight moves — pinch, kick, knee and elbow strikes — partner drills, and pad work. Fight Fit

Train like you fight while you build strength and practice your skills in Fight Fit. Fight Fit simulates a UFC Championship fight with five five-minute fight rounds, allowing you to mix MMA skills with intense cardio. Fight Fit includes grappling dummies, hanging bags, and partner drills. A basic class delivers a workout via cardio calisthenics, fight moves — punches, kicks, strikes, sprawls, and break fall — along with grounded bags, 150 lb bag work, and core strengthening exercises. Boxing Conditioning

Designed to meet the needs of a boxer, this class is for anyone looking to increase muscular strength and cardio endurance. Boxing Conditioning includes cardio calisthenics, shadow boxing, 150 lb bag work, and core strength training. MMA

Our mixed martial arts group fitness class is exactly what you want from an MMA class — true mixed martial arts. Our elite trainers are masters in boxing, wrestling, Muay Thai, Brazillian jiu-jitsu (BJJ), and other sport-based martial arts. The MMA classes at UFC Mamaroneck include skills from all the disciplines to give you a high-level skill base and a killer workout. Youth Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (GI)

Help your kids learn motor skills, agility, flexibility, discipline, focus, and coordination along with self-defense and self-confidence in Brazilian jiu-jitsu (BJJ). In the youth BJJ class, students will learn the appropriate time and place for using martial arts skills. Our GI classes focus more on the technical skills of BJJ along with discipline and the art of martial arts. Kickboxing Skills & Technique

Build on your skills and techniques learned in other kickboxing classes, this class is designed to be less of a workout (see Kickboxing Conditioning class for that!) and more of a focus on honing skills and working on your technique. In this class, partner work is used to teach and practice offensive and defensive counter techniques and drills. Grapple, practice kicks, punches, and strikes to prepare for competition, learn self-defense, or you are simply interested in kickboxing, this is the class for you. MATRX

MMA + TRX + Sweat = MATRX

UFC Gym’s MATRX class is a unique blend of TRX suspension bodyweight exercises and MMA cardio conditioning designed to build endurance, strength, balance, flexibility, and core stability. A typical class includes cardio calisthenics, suspension training, shadow kickboxing sprawls, technical standing, break falling, pummeling, sitting through, bag work, and core strengthening exercises. For this class, the primary focus is 150 lb heavy bag work and TRX suspension work. You’ll explore various fundamentals of MMA combined with functional fitness in order to build your skills and your athlete’s physique.

Youth Boxing

Making boxing accessible for all ages, our youth boxing class is perfect for the kids interested in developing self-defense skills and self-confidence while building strength and physical fitness. Our elite trainers deliver basic boxing skills and techniques including stances, guards, fight movements, jabs, crosses, and hooks. Youth who take the group boxing classes will increase strength, endurance, and coordination. Classes utilize cardio calisthenics, shadow boxing, 150 lb bag work, partner drills, pad work, and core exercises. Handling the heavy bags is the primary focus of this class.
