Youth FightFit Program
Designed to build a strong foundation of athletic and motivational skills that apply in and out of the gym, our Youth Programs help develop coordination, agility, speed and strength. Combat the negative impact of screen time with the positive influence of fitness.
Train, learn and grow. Our Youth Classes go further than physical fitness. Participants also develop interpersonal skills under the mentorship of a certified Youth Coach.
Designed to reinforce a positive, motivated mentality, our classes teach Youth to never give up. Develop strong athletic skills while improving self-esteem, discipline, classroom behavior and more.
Youth FightFit Program
Focus on coordination, speed, agility, strength and other performance benefits while having fun in a range of specialized Youth Classes. Availability may vary by club.
YOUTH DAILY ULTIMATE TRAINING
Bootcamp for kids! Focus on dynamic full-body movements that build coordination, athletic ability, and confidence.
Learn the basic grappling movements of this Olympic sport. Class includes takedowns, upper and lower body moves and drills.
Exposure to a variety of martial arts. The class utilizes the best of Boxing, Wrestling, Muay Thai, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Judo and more.
Learn basic Kickboxing, Muay Thai and Western-Style Boxing skills and combinations. Covers punch, kick and elbow strikes, bag work, calisthenics, and more.
YOUTH BRAZILIAN JIU-JITSU
This program teaches self-defense techniques and develops conditioning and athletic skills. Improves motor skills, agility, flexibility and instills discipline.
Regular Schedule for the Youth FightFit Program
3 days a week for the entire 8 week program.
Ages 6-9 will meet: Tuesdays & Thursdays 3:45pm-4:45 and Saturday 9AM-10AM
Ages 8-12 will meet Tuesdays & Thursdays 5-6PM and Saturdays 10:15AM-11:15AM
3 Days a week- $375.

The Youth MMA Program will focus on boxing, kickboxing, Brazilian jiu-jitsu, wrestling, takedowns, and general fitness.
The class will go more in-depth on technique and will be more individualized than the normal youth classes. The material for the youth MMA class will be cumulative through all 8 weeks.
In addition to techniques of martial arts, we will work on building focus, confidence, respect and mental strength for all students.
About the Coach: Professor Alex
My name is Alex Bertrand, AKA (SANDBAG). I am a Brazilian Ju-jitsu Black Belt with over a 15yrs experience. I have been competing since day 1 and have made the transition to coaching and competing professionally many years ago. I have won Gold at almost every belt Level, and went Pro at the Brown Belt. I am a Rise Invitational veteran, Men of war vet, and have won titles in Gi & no Gi. I have appeared on UFC Fight Pass numerus times, as well as briefly competing in MMA and being successful from 2017-2020. I have brought 14 Championship belts home to my team. My goal now is to bring all my experiences to my students and clients to help them each reach their own specific goals as efficiently as possible. I want and will create the future champions and coaches of tomorrow.
